Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or postpone a session please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice via phone call, text or email. In cases where this notice period is shorter, fees may still apply based on the following criteria
Greater than 48 hours’ notice
No Charge
Notice of 24 hours up to 48 hours
50% of the session fee
Less than 24 hours’ notice
100% of the session fee
All circumstances and reasons will be considered before applying
